Disappointed in quality

I am so disappointed in this board😥 I purchased it a few wks ago. I hung it up right away and immediately fell in love, It is so cute! I decided to wait til February to start using it. But then I noticed bubbling in the calendar. I contacted customer service and requested a new one. They emailed be back and sent a new one no problem. All good or so I thought...then yesterday I wrote out my calendar with the provided blue marker noticed it was looking drippy after and attempted to redo it and realized it was stained. It looks AWFUL. I do not recommend purchasing. Very Poor quality

Works great, cleaning, not so great.

I've been using the board for about 4 months now and it is helpful in keeping my important tasks in full view. One issue is the white board doesn't come completely clean. I'm using the 1Thrive markers only, use damp cloth to clean monthly, but it still is smearing in some places. (Single user so know it isn't other markers.) Not sure how it's going to work for me 5 months from now if this keeps up. Otherwise, I'm happy with the board.

The board was broken upon delivery. I haven’t heard back from customer service.

Calendar smears

Its beautiful for sure, but quailty is lacking for the price. On my very first erase following instructions on how to properly clean the board the lines smeared. The point is to use the calendar, not be afraid to erase as needed.
