From what was shipped, I absolutely I love and can’t wait to hang it in my kitchen. However, the bracket/pieces to hang it in my wall is missing??…and was never shipped to me.

Absolutely love the organization in one place. Love the versatility of what can be put on the calendar, extra note section, weekly and monthly schedules, cork board and hooks! The hanging bins make a great storage for markers and pencils. Love everything about this piece - except the markers. They run and bleed or they are transparent and you can’t see anything. It’s been a struggle to get help with the marker issue only to have the customer service tell me I’m using the markers wrong - who would have known! Yea, not using them wrong they just don’t work! This wasn’t an issue the first couple months months. It just recently started after using the organizer since Jan 2021… started happening in June of 2022. Anyway. I still love it. It’s perfect in my kitchen. I just wish we didn’t have to play “what’s it say” haha

There is no doubt about how gorgeous this organizer is! It’s very pretty to look at, so pretty I almost don’t want to write on it!!
My one gripe and the reason for 4/5 starts rather than 5/5 is the price doesn’t match the quality. It feels cheaply made. My black chalkboard piece came with a small smudge that won’t come off. It’s very minor, but very annoying to me. Also the calendar board has a small air bubble. Again, very minor but VERY annoying to me. You can’t notice those slight imperfections if you aren’t really looking for them but I know they are there and it does bother me. And after spending what I did on this organizer I expect the highest of quality. Like my husband was mad at me for how much I spent on this thing haha. I fear after a few months of use my calendar board and smaller chalkboard will show major wear and won’t be as pretty to look at anymore. I guess time will tell.
