The kids are home and if you’re anything like me, you may need some help entertaining your little firecrackers this Summer! Check out these cute Firework crafts!

Supplies:

White Paper Plates
Paint
Forks/Tiny Hands

The simplest (and cleanest) way is to pour different color paints on paper plates. Using disposable forks, take turns dipping them in different colors. Place them on a piece of paper rotating the fork each time. This will give it the “firework” look. Three colors are usually a great mix. Or get a different look by using handprints instead! This is where it may get a little messy but also fun! Make sure to change the direction of the hands each time to give it more of a scattered look.

These firework crafts are perfect for giving your 1Thrive organizer a patriotic look! I love using the side clips to hold their artwork.

Not quite ready to pull out the paint? I completely understand! Check out our Summer Printables here. These printables include a fun coloring sheet and a “Design Your Own Sunglasses” activity!
