The frame and accessories are very poor quality. They are not worth the price I paid for the organizer. The chalk markers, while they work well, are difficult to erase quickly, unlike dry erase markers. It is difficult to erase small areas without erasing the whole board, and as I am left handed, I smear the writing often. Also, while erasing, the marker gets all over the frame and will not come off, so my white frame is already smudged and looks terrible. I will be replacing this organizer as soon as I find something better. I already regret purchasing it.
We love having a dedicated space for our family organization. And it looks great.

We purchased the white organizer and the top portion came out of the packaging looking damaged and dirty. There are black scuffs in places that won't wipe off and it looks like it's been handled roughly. We are disappointed because we were super excited to get it up right away.

I was really looking forward to this and didn’t mind the cost if it was going to be high quality. However, once it arrived the base quality was so poor it appeared almost water damaged. The boards also scrape the wall when you write on them so that was a bummer.
