Great customer service! My first weekly board unfortunately had some bubbling and they sent a new one right away. I am so excited to start planning out our meals instead of ending up at the grocery store every day!
Board us great but their markets are sub-par and the tips are too big.
I was very excited to receive this product and I do like the layout and that o was able to customize, however it did not assemble well. Holes did not line up properly and one of the screws cross-threaded because the holes did not line up completely. The screw got stuck, the provided tool couldn’t remove the screw because the tool head stripped and became rounded. We ended up having to use our own Allen wrench to remove the screw and will have to drill out the hole that didn’t line up and get a new screw before we can use the product.

I love being able to write my weekly agenda/appointments out on this board. It's so helpful with my busy family. The main drawback though is the quality of this board could be better. I have owned mine for a little over a year and many of the markers aren't wanting to completely wipe off anymore. I have only used water and papertowels on it, but I feel like I'm having to seriously scrub each week trying to get it off now. At $39 for this product, I feel like I shouldn't have to replace it every year. Other than the quality being slightly poor, I love this board.

Thank you for reaching out. We’ve found that using baby wipes or Windex will thoroughly remove any remaining ink from your 1WRITE boards. Please make sure your boards are thoroughly dry before writing on them again.
